self explanatory
I had just started high school and streaks were a thing at the time. If you don’t use Snapchat or whatever it’s just when you snapchat someone and they snap you back for multiple days consecutively and however many was your streak number. I had them with at least 50 people so there was no way I could do each one individually, and would just send them out en masse. Looking back that was psychotic considering some of them were 200 or 300 days long. Also, I had a face mask on and specifically the charcoal scrub one sold at Walmart that came in the squeeze bottle. I had really bad acne then and I was incredibly insecure about it so I was always doing these kinds of masks. Ironically, these 100% made my skin much worse and probably caused it.
Lots to say. First off I genuinely have so many photos of myself with that fucking dog filter that there are months of time where I can not find a photo of myself saved on snapchat without that or a flower crown. If you don’t know this about me, I do watch anime but around 13-15 I was really into it. When I was 14 I was actually on anime Twitter and had Kaneki from Tokyo Ghoul (lol) as my profile photo. Anyways, as you can see I have the Hidden Leaf symbol from Naruto on a chain around my neck. I wore this everyday for about 4 months until it broke.
I honestly don’t even have to explain this one but it’s funnier with context. I was so obsessed with Tyler the Creator back then and Cherry Bomb is still my #2 most streamed album of all time on Apple Music (they have an app that tells you) because I would listen to it everyday. Flower Boy came out that year and of course I loved it (fagg*t instinct) and when this shirt came in I guess I felt the urge to post this on my story with zero caption. Also, around this time my parents had just got a divorce and I was just living with my mom. She would work nights some days and when she was gone I would ride my hoverboard around the house (she’d get mad when I did it because every-time I would crash into the white kitchen cabinets and scrape them) and play Cherry Bomb through the bluetooth speaker.
(Note the rose gold iPhone and olive green sweater from H&M) Here I had just started accutane and my acne was really bad (hence the phone over my face) and in my head getting blonde highlights in my hair was gonna really get me back into the game. This was the first time I had ever dyed my hair and it didn’t look bad at first but after a month it looked yellow. Also keep in mind posting this with the “plot twist” caption was my way of doing some big hair color reveal.
Would like to note that I took this screenshot and put a VSCO filter on it before I posted it to my snapchat story. Also I wasn’t a Joy Division fan or anything they just played this song on an episode of 13 Reasons Why. Anyways that’s it idk why I had to urge to write this.
